People that are part of SCF come from all walks of life and our heart is to encourage the Christian way of life through worship, Bible teaching and fellowship that is in keeping with New Testament Christianity. We have a passion to present what the Bible teaches clearly and in a way that is easy for everyone to understand. We feel it’s really important to be able to aware of God’s presence and power in our daily lives - not just on Sundays! SCF also has several nationalities represented within its partnership so you are welcome, no matter where in the world you come from! Fellowship and refreshments 10.30 am This is a great time to catch up with friends and make new ones! We especially invite to people to come early so that we can answer any questions and enable people to feel at home. It’s a good opportunity to talk with any of the Leaders as well. Worship then Bible Teaching starts at 11.00 am Our main weekly service begins at around 11.00 am with lively all-age worship, led by our musicians. God’s Word – the Bible - is always central to our times together, and opportunity is given for personal response and prayer during services if people feel they want to. We normally aim to conclude around 12.30 pm or so. Sunday School starts at 11.30 am for 0-11’s The young people’s programme is varied and includes Bible Teaching with lots of games, singing, make/take projects, and a lot of great fun! Sunday Evenings We have various meetings and activities running on Sunday evening – small groups, the Alpha Course and Seminars. The Indian Fellowship also have their main Services conducted in it’s own language and translated into English when needed. Midweek Fellowship Groups Small Groups on Tuesdays and Wednesdays help people to re-focus on God midweek. They vary in style from one week to another and there is no set order. They all have a very informal character with a sense of being ‘family’.

Some cultures within SCF also celebrate their family life at other special times too like 1st Birthdays and Anniversaries. These all add to a rich mix of our lives together and the Oasis is a great place for children’s birthday celebrations with purpose built soft play and catering facilities.
