Minister: Revd Graeme Parkins

SCF Ministry is lead by Revd Graeme D Parkins who was inducted to the pastorate in Scarborough 1st August 1989. Graeme is married to Jenny and they have three sons, one daughter and eight grand children. Both Graeme and Jenny trained for the Ministry at the Birmingham Bible Institute 1971-4. Graeme holds a Bachelors Degree in Theology (Manchester University), a Post Graduate Certificate in Business Management (Kent University) and became an Accredited Counsellor in 1993.

His former leadership service includes directing the Christian Mountain Centre in North Wales, then serving on the National Youth Department of the Elim Pentecostal Churches with special responsibility for European Youth Outreach ministries (Euroteams). His Regional leadership has included the office of District Superintendent Minister in North Yorkshire and he currently serves as a member of the North East Elim Region's Executive. He has held former pastorates in Birmingham, Clydebank, and Halifax and was Ordained in 1979. Graeme is the Regional Coordinator of the North East Region of Elim Pentecostal Churches.
